Top 3 Nail Designs of the Year 2025: A Showcase of My Favourite Nail Sets

Not to sound cliche, but I genuinely can’t believe we’re at the end of 2025! The year has just flown by and I’d like to reflect on the year by going through my my top 3 favourite nail designs of the year! As I go through the press on nail sets I’ve created, there’s a common theme amongst most of them which is that I seem to love a mix and match set. This is probably because I find it difficult to decide on one design so having a mix and match set means I don’t have to 😅
Starting off strong with this nail set which is still going triple platinum on Pinterest!
This was a colour combo I was just trialling as I was looking to try and get inspired and excited for the transition to autumn nails because I wasn’t ready to let go of summer nails. To my surprise I really liked it and turned out it wasn’t just me that thought it was a hit! Now I feel like I need to try this design in other colour combos.
Next I have to pick my birthday nails set! I love that my birthday is in summer and so I have to make sure that my nails reflect the season. Pink and purple is my favourite combination to do and it’s a combo that definitely screams summer so it only made sense to do it for my birthday.
Lastly I have to pick my 3D cat eye gemstone nails. This was something different for me as I haven’t used cat eye gel polishes that much but this trend drew me in as someone who is a lover of statement jewellery, the idea of having jewels/gems on my nails made perfect sense to me! It looks even better when dressed up and combined with statement jewellery. I definitely need to play around more with cat eye and jewels trend.
